John Mercer named Georgia “Superlawyer” for Energy & Natural Resources; Chip Thompson named Georgia “Superlawyer” for Projects
John T. W. Mercer was selected as a 2011 Georgia Super Lawyer in the Energy & Natural Resources practice area. Since 1978, John Mercer has concentrated his law practice in the areas of project and corporate finance and other complex transactions, with particular emphasis on the electric power industry in the United States and internationally.
Richard "Chip" Thompson was selected as a 2011 Georgia Super Lawyer in the Projects practice area. Since 1995, Chip Thompson has represented energy companies in the development, acquisition and sale, and ownership and operation of electric power projects on a worldwide basis.
